Gates brass inverted flare adapter (part 4MP-6FI90 / G60627-0406), female inverted flare to male pipe, 90 degree L fitting. Recommended for hydraulic brake, fuel and oil lines, refrigerant in engine, air conditioning, marine and mobile applications. An economical, reusable solution that can be field installed; threads and seats can be assembled and disassembled for long service life. Used with copper, brass, aluminum and steel tubing that can be flared. Made of 360 brass, 1/4-18 thread, meets SAE J512 functional requirements and ASA, ASME, SAE and MS (military standards) specifications. Maximum working pressure 2000 PSI, temperature range -65°F to +250°F (-53°C to +121°C). LP and natural gas applications require special order. Caution: do not over torque or you may damage the connectors or split the tubing at the flare.
