06001: Nes Thread Restoring Tool - External Thread Repair NES-1A

Restores 60º damaged external threads. These hand tools automatically adjust to any diameter and pitch, can be used on left hand or right hand threads, both inch and metric, and need no prior measurement of the thread. The blades are made of high quality hardened tool steel and are guided by the existing undamaged section of thread to regroove the damaged section. Features: no calibration required; self adjusting to any pitch and size within range; automatically chases good thread sections to repair the damaged parts; hardened cutting blades (HSS); removes rust and burrs. Size range 5/32"-11/16" (4-18 mm), pipes up to 7/16".
